The Dove Company specialises in the manufacture of high quality components and tooling, utilising RTM and conventional resin systems, polyester, epoxy’s and urethanes which are reinforced with materials such as Carbon, Kevlar or Glassfibre as applicable.
Our large production area offers prototypes, rapid prototyping and production runs.
Tooling and components are developed and manufactured to suit customers individual design and build requirements, to stringent quality procedures. All production work is manufactured in line with our ISO9001:2000 certification.
Due to the versatility of this form of manufacture we have supplied components to healthcare, aviation and other transport industries as well as exterior and interior components for the automotive industry.
This form of component prodution also provides a cost efficient alternative for customers requiring low volume cars or products, who do not need the more expensive hard/metal tooling.
We have two full size Spray bake Ovens for moulds and components that require baking or priming as part of their manufacturing process, and we provide automotive painting and spraying services to industry and the public.

As an example of the verstility of this form of maufacturing, we have produced panels for the McLaren F1 Road car and now using the same technology, materials and design features, we are involved in the manufacture of the revolutionary Babypod II incubator which provides the security and warmth a newborn needs.
This hi-tech, "Carbon Fiber" construction complies with the latest European Ambulance Standards (CEN 1789) requirement of a 10g crash test survivability. This represents a crash at 30 miles per hour!! (55 km/h)
The Babypod II is manufactured from Carbon-Fibre with no metal components, this allows the infant to have an MRI, CT scan or X-Ray whilst remaining in the Babypod II.
